Hi, I had submitted a webform for passport pickup on Feb 17 at 5 AM IST, I received the ticket with no acknowledgment but after that, I haven't had any revert from VFS? I chose New Delhi VFS in non premium lounge category. Can you please suggest what I should do now?

I submitted webform on 10th February, received payment link on 12th February, passport was picked up on 13th February.
