How long is PCC valid for

My friend had PCC from India from Jan 2024 and he received ITA for PR

Can he submit the PCC from Jan? Or does it have to be within the last 6 months?

If you haven’t went to india after PCC was issued, you can still use it . Make sure your PCC is from BLS .

My friend just confirmed, he got his PCC from bls in Jan and never traveled to India after
However his wife has PCC applied/granted from india before she arrived to Canada.

I believe she got PCC on Jan 2nd 2024 and she arrived to Canada 19th Jan 2024 and never traveled back.

Is her PCC valid for PR?

PCC should be issued after she left india . If PCC was issued when she was in india , it should be reapplied again.
