How long is it taking receive CoPR (Responded to ITA in Nov 20018)

I applied thru Express Entry, submitted documents following ITA in Nov 2018, portal still shows it under review with 40 days to go. I have not received any notification on my PR status as yet, when will i get the CoPR (checked my emails as well, no trace of it).

I want to understand the general trend , did anybody here applied at the same time received CoPR , let me know.
