Hello,

My husband had his medical examination done last year on October 5th, 2010.
Can someone please tell me how long the medical examination is valid for?
If his is not valid, is there a way he could have it re-done but inside of Canada?
Thank you.

1 year startin the day of examination.

It is valid for one year.
Have you filed your application yet? If the medical expires before the application is completed he is likely to be asked for a new one delaying things.
He can have a medical done in Canada, it just needs to be with a DMP.

Would a DMP in Canada still be able to do the medical examination, if my husband is from England and is not Canadian?
The immigration application we are completing is for 'applying outside of Canada'.
Will it matter if his medical examination is done inside of Canada and not in his home country?
Thank you for your help.

Nope, I did exactly that. I applied outland to London while I was inside Canada, and I had my medical done here too. Its absolutely fine.
I would get another medical done before you file if I were you.
Good luck, and if you have any other questions join the London Thread :)
