Hi there!My husband was approved like a sponsor and I'm from Ukraine. On wes site says that my part of application in process since August 13. They sent me an email with some info request. who knows how long does it take to receive a PR since they opened my file?

Now that your part is in process, it means that the waiting will only have to do with resolving any concerns CIC has with the application.

If they consider the application simple to approve after you've sent them the additional documents, it could take as little as a couple of weeks or a month. But if they think it's worth investigating, it could take a few months.

The estimated time for this stage of processing in Kiev is 12 months (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp). But it may go a lot faster or a lot slower. It all depends on the way you made your case.

She said that her part of the application had started to be processed. That means she's quite far along into the second stage.
