How long for IRCC to get application into their system?

We sent our common-law sponsorship application to CPC-Mississauga (in land sponsor) about 3 weeks ago, we sent it through mail and it was in the mailroom the next day.

I know processing times are so slow and it really depends but roughly when can I expect to be notified that the application is in their system?

I'm waiting to sign up to link my mail application with the online tracker so I'm wondering from anyone's experience how long it took?
