How long for CPC-Ottawa to reply emails?

Hi,

Does anyone knows how long CPC-Ottawa takes to reply emails?

I am asking because on March I sent 2 emails regarding my Police Check Certificate, which notified them that it was in progress by being requested by the Canadian Embassy in Mexico City, but I only got the automated response from them. Then on April 23 I got an email from CIC giving me a "Final Reminder" to submit the PCC in 30 days and also stated that they have not heard from me since sending the original request.

So I sent another email on May 4 to cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca, explaining the process for obtaining a PCC from Mexico, the timelines, attached all my exchanges with the Canadian Embassy, and requested a time extension to submit the PCC. Again I received the automated acknowledgement email.

How long should I expect a response from CPC-Ottawa?

Would the emails I sent to them appear on GCMS notes?

It's hard to say. They replied me in a week after I sent email regarding martial status change. When I submitted the documents through email, they replied the very next day, asking me to resend those documents.
