How long for ceremony after application shows completed

I want to check timelines and how long is it taking to get ceremony after all parts in application shows completed (mine shows completed december 3rd). When should I expect ceremony?

The only answer you can get is "usually not too long".
Can go from a single day to see the ceremony date in the tracker, to a few weeks.
There's just no way to know how it will go for a specific application.
