How long dose a Replacement of Immigration Document take if it is Urgent?

Hi All,

I sent an urgent Replacement of Immigration Document request on my study permit on September 12 and Ottawa received at September 14 (It was in ExpressPost so I know the received date). I still haven't received it.

Is it normal to have an urgent request to be processed so long?

Should I call them to ask about its progress?

Dont think they have urgent processing, did you see it sonewhere on their website? No harm in calling them.
