How long does take to the embassy to get the medical result from London?

From the day I have my medical examination in South Africa,.. How long does take to the embassy to get the medical result from London?

Other question: I plan to get Canada before my wife with a TWP to settle down first, but my wife just would need a visitor visa to follow me coz we have a lil son and we want she to take care of him while he is little.

Will she need only the copy of my TWP and our married certificate? or we need to have anything else?

How long could take if she needs medical examination to get her visitor visa?

Did you get your medical back from London? How long does it take? In my case, the medical results were forwarded on May 22nd and I haven't heard anything since then.
