how long does it take to see your medicals updated to your file?

how long does it take to have your medicals updated to your file. does anyone have an idea? mine has been 2 months now and i still haven't seen anything but the clinic that did my medicals tell me the results was 100% good.

Usuallly it takes a month to be updated ...
