How long does it take to process Parents PR passports in Ottawa office.

Hi, My parents currently lives in Ontario. I finally get the parents PR passport request email.
I plan to send the passport in tomorrow to Ottawa office.
How long does it take usually to process the passport and get it back?
Thank you very much, we would like to know the timeline so that we can plan our life.
