Nope submitted EOI just week ago and when can I add 600 points to my express entry profile? ( Means what's the time duration after getting ITA)

After the ITA it takes around 4 months. It varies on case to case basis

That was before covid-19 and all the restrictions in place, if you are an out-lander then the processing time is around 1 year after submitting your application i.e. AOR.

You don't yourself add 600 points to your EE profile. Once, you accept the nomination from the province, 600 points will automatically be added to your EE profile. And before Covid also the processing time after AOR was around 6 months. There are so many applications in backlog and with travel restrictions in place, don't know how much more time IRCC will take.
