How long does it take to get a PR after the medical has been done?

Hello there!
I am curious what’s the wait on the PR after the medical has been undergone. I am aware that the wait may entail a week or so, given a blood work takes time in a lab, then what’s the average wait after a physician forwards the results onto CIC?
