How long does it take for Ottawa to return passport/close application?

Hello All,

I got my PPR couple of weeks back. I sent my passport to Ottawa on 26th Aug, 2019, it was delivered on 27th Aug, 2019.

I wanted to know if anyone know how long does it take for Ottawa to return passports these days. I live in USA, but as I am planning a vacation to India, I am interested in knowing how long it can take so it will help me to plan things.

Any information is helpful.
