Hi,
Many people mentioned they receive correspondences from IRCC regarding their application by snail mail (Finger print, test, oath).
In average how long does it take for such a letter sent by IRCC to reach the applicant's address?

depend on Canadapost

Anecdotally 5-10 days seems common. This may (probably) includes several days from IRCC printing it to putting it into an envelope and sending it however.

However, Canada Post is involved so it could well be longer.
