How long does it take after showing 'In Process' on ECAS?

G'day mates!
My ECAS status has been 'In Process' since 15 August, 2014. It shows the processing started on 12 August. How long does it take to 'Decision Made'?
My category is PNP (Manitoba), and my application was submitted in January, 2014.

Around me, some applicants who submitted during last December and February do not have any change on their status.
On the other hand, many applicants who submitted before last November say that it took less than a month to change from 'In Process' to 'Decision Made'.

What happen on CIC?

I got IP on July 16/14 and DM on Aug 14/14 but no ppr yet, so u can't realy predict when's ur status goona change...

Hi , has your status changed to DM yet ? I applied under AINP (SRS-post graduate worker) . My status shows "In Process" since August 2014 , but no changes yet . Most of my other friend who applied ahead ofme got their status changed from "In Process" to DM in approx 2 months . Is there anyone else in the same situation as me ?
