how long does it take after medical results have been received

1.We received application for permanent residence on January 18, 2016.
2.We started processing application on March 17, 2016.
3.Medical results have been received.

Sponsorship
1.We received your application to sponsor on January 18, 2016.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 2, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on March 1, 2016.
Have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent
has been forwarded to the visa office in London for further processing.

Does anyone have an experience or knowledge to share with me about how much longer it will take until decision made?

on average, about 12 months (+/- 1 month) since the application was received at mississauga. the london visa office currently seems to be working on applications received on october/november 2015.
