how long did your refugee claim take ?

Ontario : its been six months on my refugee claim that i applied due to the situations in Syria
how long does it take usually ?

you must be kiddin, i have a friend who applied for refugee two years before the revolution started in Syria and it took only a year and half for his hearing . i thought its faster now since the situation in Syria is horrible .

As I mentioned cases may vary but you'll also have to keep in mind the conservative are in power and they don't look at refugees very favorably
