how long CSQ

Hi, I am sponsoring my wife, we got the letter from Miss saying I was accepted as a sponsor. Today I sent the part for the CSQ to the MICC. Does Mississauga waits for the answer from MICC before sending my file to Bogota? How long does it take normally to have CSQ?

Some people who applied this summer said it took about 4 or 5 weeks, but I had heard around 3 or 4 weeks elsewhere. I guess figuring it takes about a month is a close guess. I am also waiting on the CSQ currently...
