How long CHC New Delhi, can take to issue PR visa ??

Hi All.
Can someone suggest, how long CHC can take to issue visa after submitting all the required doc inc passports, RPRF, Funds Proof, Medical receipt....my details are:

Family Medical done on 13.11.2013
All docs submitted on 14.12.2013
Medical received by VISA office status updated on website on 03.01.2014
Received back RPRF DD for revised rates of CAD on 13.01.2014 by registered mail
Revised DD sent by 17.01.2014
No response or activity after that, DD is also not en-cashed till date

I would be grateful i originally applied in April 2010 under FSW with family.

Hi thanks, Originally issued on 4th June 2013 but communication lost somehow between CHC & consultant and come to know through caips notes on Oct 31st, and then get a final reminder on 14th november by which we did medicals on 13th november. regards

All Pre june 10 applicant received there visa's these days.I think u will get ur visa very soon.

thanks, how to join thread u hv given it says expired. Also can u please adv how long they can keep our passports....because i see many posted they have submitted passports long back....
