how long can take DM to COMPLETE

do you know how long it can take to show complete or it doesn't really matter

It is not an issue at all, if you are able to apply new SIN that's mean you are Official Canadian permanent residence.

1. If you got sin means you are PR bcz without Cic updating your Pr you can't get sin
2. I already landed but ECAS SHOW Still IP

so don't worry it can take up to 3 weeks

Yes I did
But ECAS still show IP

So don't put in your trust only ECAS

At least you can access logins ECAS but I wasn't able to Access into Ecas for more than a month now.

I landed on June 2 2015 but my ECAS status did not update to COMPLETE until November 2015 (It was DM from May to November !!!!!!)

but if you still concern call cic
but remember one thing without updating by CIC you PR service Canada will not issue sin which start with 6

if you landed and got your SIN means you are done PR
