How long can a file be reviewed?

I think what PMM is saying is that, they will take as long as they need. Every situation is different and it is their right to take as long as they want / need.

Yes. Thank for your information. But I think they should have a time frame for that, I mean they should have the fastest and the longest cases. We cannot wait forever, right?

I don't know what is ""BRING FORWARD DATE" or what happens after but say for example that security checks are done after that (as an example). If Canada needs, they will take forever to do the security checks. The reason for that is that they need to protect themselves.

By the way, i am talking on a subject that I have no idea on so trying to interpret what PMM is saying using a made up example.
