How long before the passport is dispatched from the Ottawa Office?

Hi,

I sent my passport for stamping on the 15th of November, it is the 4th of December today and I still haven't gotten any update on it.

Any idea as to how long does it take for the passport to be senr after stamping?

Did this happen to anyone else?

Hi Swathi,

I am in the same boat as you although my process started later. I got my request for passport on 27 november and i sent it same day. it got there 29 november. no update yet, getting a bit nervous i have to fly out next week.

This absolutely sucks.

I sent them an email, they replied to me saying that my passport was in the printing room and it should take around 7 to 10 more days.

I have my tickets booked for the week after next. Hoping to get it before that
