Ok, this is my first time on a forum like this. My husband had been denied following his interview, in March 2017. We filed the appeal, and won in january 2019. We were told it could take 6-8 more months after winning the appeal.

Husband just received an email from cic requesting his updated forms, medical and police check, and biometric page from his passport.

Once we get this sent in, which should be within the next 2 weeks, how much longer are we looking at, approximately, before he can come to join is in Canada?

Generally speaking, winning the appeal doesn’t necessarily mean your application is gaurantees to be approved. Usually it just means IRCC has to have an alternate VO review your application. Not saying you won’t get an approval, but it’s possible they find the same as the original VO.
