How long after AOR did you receive your medical request?

think it's a common question for many of us here. How long after u receive the AOR will u receive medical request from the visa office?
anyone?

For at least last 1 year, AOR and MR are sent in same mail/email or in 1~2 weeks of separation by furthest from CIC-Buffalo.

I received my AOR in email, but my MR came in mail within a week of my AOR. I've seen people receiving MR within 2 weeks of their AOR in mid-2011. Things may have changed a bit now.

received nomination- Aug 2011
Submit application to Singapore visa office-Nov 2011
AOR received: 21st Nov 2011

Address disappeared from CIC E-cas: Jan 2012 (some people commented that it meant nth, some mentioned that it means that they are working on your file"

now still waiting......

Seems like most of the people get their medical request with the AOR or after 3-4 months. so will i be getting it in Feb/March?
