Hi, I am an Ivorian citizen and I have been studying in the US for 2 years now. I'm planning on transferring to Canada. I've been accepted to the uOttawa for Jan '18 (GO GEE-GEES!) I've applied for my study permit from the US on november 10th. I have everything that they require but there actually is a little problem. I was supposed to study computer science in the US, I did but I actually got accepted for an Economics major at UO. So is that a problem? and we're on the 9th and I still haven't received any answer from the embassy? Any thought.
PS: I am bilingual, and I don't plan on staying in Canada.
