Hello guys how is the Whitchurch-Stouffville (Stouffville neighborhood )area for raising a family with elementary school going kids. From our initial research, it seems the area is diverse and not yet fully developed but has the potential of developing in coming years. Also, any comments regarding commute to Toronto Downtown both via go train and car. Other areas we are considering for home buying are Milton and Burlington. It also seems schools are highly rated in the Stouffville area. Any inputs on this are highly appreciated?

Schools are likely to be similar in all three locations. It will be a long commute to downtown Toronto from Stouffville.

Hi OP! Have you found a place yet? Just in case, maybe you'd be interested in the new builts from Ballymore Homes. They have great locations that are near schools and have good routes going to Toronto. They also have different houses like detached homes and townhome bungalows. Hope this can help! Good luck in finding your home!
