Hello Everyone
I am currently in the process of getting my ATIP files and soon I will be processing an Application for Leave for Judicial Review. I hired a lawyer for it and they are currently working on it. Can someone please walk me through the steps and also possibily a timeline? My lawyers did not give me a proper answer yet. They are waiting for the ATIP notes and then they would like to discuss with me.
It would be better if I know the various steps of the JR and AFL in advance so I can ask any questions when the time is right.
Any information and help is appreciated.
