how i will apply for student visa

hi,

i am from morocco and i live in usa with my husband, but still do not have my green card yet, i am student here and soon i will start my nursing program. also i am working as supplement instruction in bio 111. really i am asking if their is any way to apply for student visa from usa even if i am moroccan woman. and how i will do that . any if any body know some schools of nursing and pharmacy in canada please provide me by answer .
