How I get a JOB in Canada without having PR?

Hi I am from INDIA and already in to Job Bank after completing Express Entry application process.

Now struggling to get a Job offer (forget abt offer, not even one interview call i have got) as that is the only way i can increase my points from 341 to more than 470.

I am a Software Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Testing Web Applications.

Can somebody please suggest me, is there any way I can get a Job offer ASAP. so that i can apply for PR

Getting a job offer is typically very difficult since most employers aren't willing to go through the LMIA process. The employer also has to prove they couldn't hire a Canadian for the role - which is difficult to do, espcially for IT roles since there are typically many Canadians qualified to fill these roles. There is really no "ASAP" way of getting a job offer in Canada. It takes a lot of hard work on your part - with no guarantee of success.

You will need to start looking for jobs on reputable job web sites like indeed, workopolis, monster and linkedin - and applying to jobs you are qualified for. Expect that you won't hear back from the majority of employers.
