How i can get work permit of canada ,

Sir/Madam.
First of all so thanksfull of this system. I am retired from Pakistan Air Force as Electromechnical Associate Engineer. Also work in Dubai in fire fighting &fire alarm system.Now i am Rig Electrician In one oil and gas company. In canada how i can get work permit. I am 0 in information .plz any good human can guide me A to Z .I am so thanks full of that person.

First you need to find an employer in Canada who is willing to offer you a job.

Then than employer must apply for a Labour Market Opinion and obtain approval.

do canadian employers prefer international candidates to recruit? I am also looking for job in Canada. I am currently working in the USA but very much interested in migrating to Canada.
