How hard is to get a job if I made a 2 years Postgrade with Co op in Canada ?

I am Colombian and I would like to inmigrate to Canada. I am a professional in International Business Management.
I am going to study in Sarnia Lampton College a postgrade in human resources and business management and I would like to know if is easy to get a job after the post grade.
