How get status update from CIC for online applications outside Canada(India)

Hi My mother have submitted visitor application outside Canada (India) on 24th April, online status says final decision has been made and its approved, She haven't received any letter from CIC to submit her passport which is usual process, does anyone has any information to proceed this further?
I tried reaching CIC Canada they are redirecting me to India -New Delhi Canada Office.
No clarifications received from India Canadian Visa office as well.
