How fast is IQAS for evaluation process

My application got rejected by WES for have done B.tech from PTU, can anyone tell how fast IQAS works?
or apart from this which service should i opt for?

and dos iqas have a list of recognized university criteria .

IQAS takes 12 weeks once they receive all transcripts.
