I have a very technical, yet urgent question: could anyone please describe how the WES envelope with original transcripts look, when it is mailed to an address in Canada with the basic shipping option? A picture of such an envelope would be much appreciated too.
The story behind is: WES has done the evaluation and mailed the originals of my transcripts to an address in Canada. Unfortunately the envelope with the documents was lost in mail (which happened due to a mistake I've done in the return address line). Canada Post has started to search for the envelope using the tracking number, but they also ask whether I could provide the description of how the envelope looks (format, size etc.), to make their search easier.
