I'm a software engineer with 5 yrs of experience in E-Commerce Domain. I want to immigrate to Canada & after reading on the CIC website & other blogs I don't have clarity on how I should go about with it. I have a few questions, which I hope you kind folks would be able to guide me on
1. Should I get a job in Canada & expect the company to sponser me or should I first go to Canada & then look out for a job. The 1st option is better, but I would like to know whether it actually happens.
2. Do I need to get my academic credentials verified by Canadian officials & what all do I need to send them.
3. Do I need to give IELTS .
