How does one delete their own posts

Having trouble deleting my own posts. Someone please direct me on how to do this. I keep getting a message saying I can't delete my message.

You can only do it within a certain amount of time. After that, you would have to e-mail the moderator to delete them (Note: the moderator more than likely is an employee of the lawyer and isn't on here all the time so it may take a while)
