how does it take to get the visa after done with the medical exam????pls help

there is few months ago(actually on 28th november 2013)me and the rest of my family actually we are applying in NAIROBI from BURUNDI and we have done the medical exam and my dad was asked for the police certificates on the 3 may 2014 and till now they haven't ask yet our passports.....if they ask for them in few days.can you tell me approximately how long it will take till we get our passport back with the visa
