How do you send in an "online application" to extend status?

we're doing inland so we need to extend my partner's current status (which is temporary resident; he received a Visitor Record at POE).

the guide says we should do it online but then says we need to download, validate, and sign forms. and send them to them? how do we send them?

we already created a GCKey account for my partner but when we log in, there's no option to submit forms:

So Basically, I followed the online process here : https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/extend-stay.html

They guided me, they told me to connect to my Gckey account, I payed online fees and I uploaded online forms.
