B bongoman VIP Member Dec 3, 2014 4,174 812 Aug 15, 2018 #2 If it is online application you should have paid when you paid the permit fee online, if you answer correctly during the online questionnaire it adds biometric fee to your total payment. If it is paper application VFS will tell you how to pay.
