Hi, I have a friend that already has 2 years of marriage with her wife. They once got into a fight and he took off for 7 months to other country.When he tried to enter to Canada , the officers gave him a hard time but after all that, he could come in and they even said : Welcome home. I want to say he has a condition in his residency papers as many people here have it; the 1 st of february marked the 2 years of the condition.I just want to know if he is out of the condition now that he already has 2 years or if he has to wait 7 more months now because that was the time he wasnt living with her ???
