You have to take medical test one week prior to applying

You will be notified by email. I submitted my paper based application on 1st July got my medical request on 29th July and today I did my medical tests and submitted the pp to Vfs Dhaka.

what I know is only if ur medical has something wrong then the hsptl will call u fr a recheck and if not then u cleared the medical
