How do I update my physical presence in Canada?

I am almost through the Canada citizenship process but I am now being asked to update my "physical presence". I mistakenly checked "No" when asked if I left the country for vacation so I have to account for a handful of vehicle crossings for a day or two each. How also, would I account for a four hour trip over the border?

Well, if you can't correct that "no", maybe start an application from scratch?
Also, day trips are simply reported by listing the same day for the departure and arrival. They count as 0 day of absence anyway.
