I found one in Ontario and says he has pre-approved LMIAs for my brother-in-law's field.
To be matched to a job I would have to pay about $4200.
I cannot find much information about this company on the internet except their website.
Can I send by PM the company name to someone perhaps and get your opinion?

If someone is asking for money in exchange for a job - then it's pretty safe to assume it's a scam.

this is not legit as he is providing LMIA for money. I wouldnt trust someone like that.

If you ask your consultant for his ICCRC licence # - you should be able to find him here https://www.iccrc-crcic.ca/home.cfm which means he is legit.
But if he is asking you for a money and to get you LMIA in return, doesn't sound legit at all. If he is registered at ICCRC you should report him.
Regardless - no serious Immigration Lawyer/Consultant would make such an offer.

Thank you everyone...
I thought it sounded too good to be true...
It is horrible how they prey on people's hopes and money...
poorly designed system where people would try to do anything to get on top of one another. The EE system leaves people vulnerable to fraud
