Order an ATIP. Not much of other info in the report, if the processing (/ transfer) has just begun.

Its determined by where you live as per declared residential address in the application. Other than the GTA where your file could potentially go to one of several Local Offices for most citizenship applicants other than in Ontario its the CIC Office in the largest city close to your area of residence. Call CIC if you still can't figure out they will tell you and its faster than waiting for an ATIP report.
