How do I correct IMM5669

Hi Guys,

Initially when I was filing an application for PR in CEC class I overlooked question 6D and thought it is pertaining to only Canada and Quebec visa refusal and marked the answer as NO. As I was refused for USA visitors visa I should answer it as YES. In all my applications (TRV, WP) I marked as YES. now I am worried bcoz officer may think Im trying to hide the fact by providing false info. It is truly honest mistake. Could someone please tell me how do I correct my IMM5669. Thanks.

After getting your AOR send the same form filled up correctly with an explanation letter along with your File No.

I wishe he gets the AOR but concern is that , will VO officer issue AOR after seeing that error ?

During the AOR stage, the initial VO just checks if all documents are present and if there are no major errors in the forms. The visa refusal is not checked at the AOR stage, but will come out during background checks.

even I submitted my application with DOB certificate but my name is missing on DOB certificate. I am waiting for AOR . What action I can take right now to solve this problem ?
