my question is related to a request I need to make to the CIC to grant an extension because of the inordinate delay from FBI in processing my PCC which is the only missing document in my case.
How do I send a CSE to CIC? Is it an email I need to send which is in an LOE format and has all relevant information or is this some PDF I can upload in the myCIC application?
I know its a very basic question but searching through threads on the forum didn't yield results, hence posting.
