How do I attached additional Information........

Hiii........all..

I am filling my forms but I have one question that...How do I attached additional information like.more job duties.
Do I need to attached same sheet(Schedule-3 page-2...took copy of same page-2 more times as per my requirement) ...or take blank sheet of paper and write on that....

You can do it either way. Take photocopy and add details or make in plain paper and attach.
