How did you organize the open work permit form (OWP)?

Did you put it in a separate envelope with the checklist, barcode, and supporting documents?

Did you put it in the same envelope as the rest of the application? If so, at the beginning or the end? Did you put the barcodes with all other barcodes?

It should be in a separate envelope from the PR app. Put the OWP checklist, app and supporting documents in one.....then put the PR app with the Checklist and Barcodes on the top of the PR app and put in a separate envelope. Then mail them all together in one package.
